Thesemugs are made by artisans at the Kigali Pottery Shop. Kigali Pottery empowers the villagers in the Gatagara community in the Southern part of Rwanda. This area contains natural clay deposits, and the villagers learned the art of pottery to create cooking vessels.Kigali Pottery helps the artisans by guiding them in creating new designs and connecting them with markets to empower their economic growth so they can feed their families.
