Crafted in 18k Yellow Gold, our Lovestruck Pierced Custom Round Medallion features up to three pavé diamond letters at the center. The letters may be personal initials, or a meaningful acronym or word. The piercings on the medallion’s outer border were inspired by the Roman god Cupid, whose fateful arrows struck mortal hearts and made them fall in love—forever marked with a bead of impact.

The medallion includes an Annex Link in your choice of gold or pavé diamonds, designed to seamlessly attach to any necklace and allow for easy customization.
